Facility Rental Information
2021 Al Shamal Shrine Centre Hall Welcome Back Rental Information
- 1. All rentals include free parking in the Shrine Centre large paved parking lot.
2. All rentals require a damage deposit upon booking equal to the daily rate.
3. If a ballroom is rented for more than one day the first day rate price will be the damage deposit
4. Kitchen facilities are available upon request of the renter.
Renter’s Responsibilities:
- To set up the facility as required for the event including the bar
- To clean up the facility to the same standard as they found it including the bar
- Sweep the floor and damp mop all spills prior to leaving the facility
- Empty all garbage into the garbage bin located outside the Centre
- Ensure the building is alarmed before leaving the premises
- Provide a copy of the Liquor license prior to receiving access to the premises
- Provide a copy of the renter’s Party Alcohol Liability insurance (minimum of $2,000,000) prior
to receiving access to the premises
Additional Service Rates
Minimum charge for cleanup after an event
(should this take more than 4 hours there will be an additional charge)

Additional Information
Rental rates for Al Shamal Nobles, Masonic Lodges and Masonic concordant bodies (example: Daughters of the Nile, Jobs Daughters, DeMolay, etc.) will be administered by the Al Shamal Administration Office at 780-482-6065 or office@alshamalshriners.org.

The on-site catering company at the Centre may be available for events. This is to be arranged directly with the catering company. Their information is available at the administration office.
A special rate for funerals would be available when the details of the space required is finalized.
